1. Is it possible to change my password after the account creation?

Yes you can change your password in the [Account] section when you are logged into your account.

2. How can I retrieve a lost password?

Click on 'Forgotten Password' on the top right side and enter your Login E-mail address. A new password will then be sent to you.

3. Which passwords are the safest?

Safe passwords are made up of a combination of letters and numbers. If you do not wish to mix letters and numbers we recommend that you use something that cannot be guessed easily.
