Carefully restored half of a countryhouse on the edge of Guzzano, a lovely hamlet of the Lucca area, at 5 km from the spa town Bagni di Lucca. Cësa al numero 4 comprises three levels, is about 105 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor, a bright living room with fireplace, a small wc room under the stairs and a lovely kitchen with spectacular views on the surrounding hills and mountains. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with original beds. On the last floor we have a garret with original low doors (160 cm. high), which comprises two perfectly inhabitable rooms, i.e. a "fairy" bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. At the house entrance there is a sunny farmyard with table and chairs and by crossing an dead-end alley you will find an exclusive garden (700 m2) equipped with garden furniture, which offers stunning views over the adjacent valley. In our holiday house you will find as well: books, tourist brochures. Cësa al 4 is located on the edge of a tiny village of 100 hinabitants. A narrow road drivable with small cars crosses it. Cars can be parked within our property or in case of medium-large ones on the village main square at about 150 meters asphalted distance from our house, to be covered on foot.
