Description:
For rent all year round superb villa in Mauritius Blue Bay, very close to the sea (1mn30 walk to the beach of Pointe d'Esny, 5 minutes from the public beach and the magnificent marine park). It can accommodate 10 people and has all the comforts: 4 bedrooms, baby bed, living-dining-room with TV and DVD, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, large terrace and large garden. On request: popcorn machine, chocolate fountain, candy floss machine. Two canoes are available for free nearby, and mountain bikes can be rented at low cost. The villa is secure and connected to vehicle guard. Cleaning is done three times a week. Transfer to the airport to the villa is offered. Buses, taxis, restaurants are nearby. The price varies depending on the number of people who occupy it and is between 280 and 450 euros per week. Possibility to rent a number of days as you wish. Be suspicious if
- The seller's personal information cannot be checked.
- The seller does not give a fixed telephone number where he can be reached permanently.
- The seller asks for the payment to be made using Western Union or MoneyGram.
- The buyer sends a cheque for a value higher than the price asked.
